The OM5432SOM leverages the cutting edge of mobile computing for embedded and industrial product designs. Based on the OMAP 5, 1.7Ghz Cortex-A15, this new generation System on Module offers a CPU performance boost of over 50% (as compared with the OMAP4460). Supporting 1080p60 video encoding/decoding along with the built-in PowerVR SGX544-MPx GPU, the VAR-SOM-OM54 can handle the most advanced multimedia tasks.
The OM5432SOM is pin compatible with the OMAP4460SOM.

Using SBC is as easy as 1,2,3; simply prototype and test your development using a suitable SBC, then design your custom connector board and finally build your product.
